I can't wait to see what Colbert does with this!

Normally, I wouldn't take anything seriously published by RawStory. But they've identified their source, so I'll assume it's essentially true. Plus we already know about Trump's horrifying diet from his own staff (Corey Lewandowski in particular), so it's certainly not out of character for him.
