that this time the cuts will be permanent. How many trillions of dollars are we talking about?

First it was 4.5 trillion, then 4.7 trillion, then I heard Chris Murphy say 7 trillion and the Freedumb caucus is going to vote for this if our social safety net is gutted by 1.5 trillion dollars?
