I was a public school teacher during his tenure as mayor, and he was not. Negotiated no contracts and left teachers without a raise for a long, long time. Inaugurated an evaluation system that was dysfunction, demotivational, and damaging to instructors and students.

He wasn't bad, but he certainly wasn't the best I've scene. I liked De Blasio.
