8. Section 1 of the 14th amendment couldn't be more clear

Honestly, while much of the constitution is vague (see the mess that is the 2nd amendment), section 1 of the 14th amendment is direct. Not even Alito could get around that.

The only way around birthright citizenship is a constitutional amendment.

I think this EO goes away pretty fast.
