That’s okay when poorer states need a hand, or other states have a natural disaster — that’s a compact. The horrible thing (well, one among many) about trump and MAGAGOP is that the compact is being broken. They hate us that much.

Our money is with the feds — and at the moment the damage is so great that we need it back.
