How many times have I heard that from the bro-guys at work?

Again, not stereotyping, but indicating that a workplace should have "masculine energy" and "feminine energy" instead of, say, "active" or "thoughtful" energy shows a real issue with dealing with a potentially complex workplace environment to gender-centric marketing or a propaganda campaign.
