Yes, tRump should go to prison for Jan 6, but the two cases are not comparable.
tRump's involvement is buried deeply, but uncovered by Smith. tRump's free speech ("It'll be wild" is protected 1A and generic exhortation ("you have to fight for your America"
is not an insurrection. Yoon was very public and very overt.
