We believe that the ancient faith that gave birth to our nation’s civil rights laws is the principle that an individual’s race should not be used to help them, or harm them, in their life’s endeavors. (Spit Take! "The ancient faith that gave birth to our nation’s civil rights laws . . . " Since when????

Got questions. If a law firm hired me as an attorney, and I'm an African-American woman who happens to be gay, and the law firm has no DEI program when I'm hired, will American Alliance for Equal Rights come after them? Specifically, how will they challenge my status of whether I was hired for my merit or otherwise?

Or will AAER just arbitrarily go after any government agency and corporate/business entity that has a DEI program and hope for a lawsuit?
