Colloidal silver. That was another snake oil pitch during Covid by Alex Jones. It’s used as a topical ointment. There was a guy who drank it every day awhile back. You might have heard of him. People were calling him Papa Smurf because his skin turned blue. He thought it was a cure all. He died awhile back in his 60’s so I don’t think it worked.
