We know that any time spent under general anesthesia is dangerous. So instead of telling an assistant to call back and say the surgeon can't call now because she's taking a shit or something - she disgowns to return the call.

Given judgement like that, I would not want her for my medical care.

Yeah, I get that the complaint is about United Health but someone needs to address her behavior, too.
