Trump has placed the "Chief Architect" of Project 2025, Russel Vought, as his budget master and the head of the Office of Management of Budget which, if Trump is not opposed, will lead to the slashing of Social Security and Medicare and food stamps and other entitlement programs, using MAGA federal judges to implement it.
