"WASHINGTON — In one of the most surreal sporting events in history, the UFC hosted a fight card on the South Lawn of the White House on Sunday. And even with rain and gusty winds threatening to derail the mixed martial arts card, it mostly went on as planned with President Donald Trump watching all night from cageside next to UFC President Dana White.

More than 4,000 spectators — Trump, Vice President JD Vance, members of his cabinet including Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth, VIPs and active military members — were on hand as cage fights took place just feet from the Oval Office.

Booing Trump is what the Founding Fathers would want. Here's why:

1. The First Amendment of the constitution was put first because they understood how important free speech is to American identity and liberty.
2. The Founding Fathers despite their own weaknesses feared a person like Trump taking power so much. Even though King George wasn't really a tyrant, they had feared their new country having a true wannabe dictator. Even though Trump is clearly not a dictator, it is apparent that he wants dictatorial authorities.
3. It hurts his feelings so much when he goes to sports events and is constantly hearing other people booing him. His entire self-image is based on being popular. That was why losing in 2020 was such a problem for him and why he pretended he won the popular vote in 2016.
