Creating a profit motive for imprisoning the American People can only serve to give said private for profit prison industry financial resources to employ paid lobbyists to lobby Congress to create ever more draconian laws turning the "land of the free" into an increasingly sick joke.

BTW, I actually saw Rod Serling in person since his daughter went to the same summer camp as I did and her parents came to visit. All I remember was that he was a small tanned man wearing a yellow sweater. I really didn't know his daughter (Jodi) since she was older than I was, and she was really into horses - the main activities were riding and swimming (on Lake Champlain in Vermont).
