The court case was dismissed, with no court settlement.

This is an "agreement" between Trump and acting Attorney General Todd Blanche, his former personal lawyer who still takes orders from Trump.

This is a blatant siezure of taxpayer funds not adjudicated by any court, perhaps the most brazenly corrupt act by any president, ever.
