Trump DOJ THREATENS Prosecutors as SECOND ICE AGENT Gets CHARGED?!?! - Legal AF
A second federal immigration agent has been charged by a county prosecutor in the fallout of Operation Metro Surge, the name for the federal occupation of the Twin Cities earlier this year. ICE agent Christian Castro faces five criminal charges accusing him of shooting Julio Sosa-Celis and lying about it to authorities.
The case will be moving forward despite threats by Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche to prosecute local authorities who dare to arrest or charge federal agents with crimes.
Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty, who charged two ICE agents to date, discusses the case with Adam Klasfeld of All Rise News. She also discusses her ongoing homicide investigations in the cases of Renee Good and Alex Pretti. - 05/19/2026.
