Trump Has COMPLETE COURT MELTDOWN over BALLROOM - Legal AF

Michael Popok updates on the fast moving Trump ballroom litigation, with Trump's side now claiming that the only way to protect national security, and his "secret" and "state of the art" secret hospital in a bunker next to the White House is to top it all off with a 90,000 square foot ballroom!

Michael Popok explains that this is "changed position" from prior filings by the Trump Administration, a fact that will become a focal point of the emergency appeal and oral argument now scheduled by the Federal Circuit Court of Appeal. - 04/20/2026.

That Trump is clogging federal courts with these useless, bs cases. There are significant opportunity costs with these actions, and I'm sure the courts have extremely pressing matters to consider aside from Trump's vanity projects. What's even worse is that I'm sure that Trump will fast-track this to the Supreme Court--where they already hear a historically low number of cases--after he loses in all of the lower courts. Arghhhhhhhh! This guy! We are living in crazytown.

And the things is, he's lost a record number of times, but he still keeps it up hoping for a different outcome. He's clogging the courts with his pathetic lawsuits when he should be sending issues to Congress as the law specifies.
