He lost control over that interview with Stefanik. She rambled on and on and on. Lie, lie lie.

It showed that after 30 seconds she couldn't do anything besides recite talking points and that she will be easily trounced in a debate.

Stefanik made a fool of herself after the first two or three times she regurgitated the practiced talking points. Tapper didn’t need to turn the entire segment over to her ramblings. I much prefer interviews where the interviewer attempts to maintain control.
