Epstein co-conspirators panic amid huge update - Brian Tyler Cohen

Brian discusses the Trump-Epstein files with Glenn Kirschner. Here are the key points from the video:

- Prince Andrew's arrest as a potential cooperating witness — The hosts argue that Andrew, facing criminal charges in the UK related to Epstein, may be motivated to name other powerful, connected individuals to reduce his own sentence.

- Implications for US figures— The discussion suggests Andrew could provide information about American politicians and powerful individuals, potentially including Donald Trump, though this depends on whether US authorities are willing to act on it.

- DOJ seen as uncooperative — The hosts claim Attorney General Pam Bondi and the current DOJ are unlikely to pursue Epstein-related investigations, characterizing their stance as a deliberate cover-up to protect the administration.

- Other countries are acting — France, the UK, Turkey, Latvia, Lithuania, and Poland are described as actively conducting criminal investigations related to Epstein, in contrast to the US.

- State-level prosecution as a workaround — State prosecutors (e.g., Alvin Bragg in Manhattan, New Mexico AGs) could build cases now, with the possibility of handing them to federal authorities once a more cooperative DOJ is in place.

- Deterrence and prosecution expertise — While federal prosecutors have more resources, state prosecutors handle ~95–97% of criminal cases and are argued to be equally, if not more, formidable in the courtroom.

If US involvement is discovered or implied overseas, the information will be available here and public pressure may embloden congress to grow a spine. This could happen before or after the midterms. Imagine GOP congress trying to blame Biden!!!
