UPHILL BATTLE: Why Pratt, Hilton have a steep climb to victory in November - Morning Joe - MS NOW



In California, so far only one of the dozens of candidates running in the state's two marquee races has been confirmed to advance to the November election. Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass will be on the ballot this fall, seeking her second term in office. The Associated Press has not yet called the second candidate who will be her competition, but as of now, Republican candidate and former Reality TV star Spencer Pratt is in contention.
