Minnesota Democratic Senator Amy Klobuchar joins MS NOW's Lawrence O'Donnell to discuss the Senate hearing with FCC Chairman Brendan Carr following his comments calling for ABC to suspend Jimmy Kimmel.

During the hearing, Sen. Klobuchar alleged the FCC has opened investigations into every major broadcast network except Fox "News" and that Donald Trump is politicizing the tools of government for revenge. - Aired on 12/17/2025.

The FCC has no juresdiction over FOX or MSNOW for that matter. Only over the air broadcasting.
