This is horrible..just a heart break. I wonder if there are defensive wounds or if they were blindsided .

This is as horrific as they come, especially since we all have such a positive view of Rob Reiner and know that he did so much to try to help his son...

There are so many things we dont understand about addiction, of any kind, depression or other disorders as each of us reacts differently to meds or treatments. Its just so hard to comprehend
