the "affordability crisis" is a long term conservative policy of devaluing the dollar in favor of exports without increasing wages.. only several tranches of increasing wages can realign the value of work to prices. a fair wage in this economy is certainly no less than 100k per year , including health insurance

Bigfoot lives in the forests in Utah. Isn't it obvious that a bigfoot sniper shot Charlie Kirk and was then beamed up to an awaiting alien spaceship?
