But instead he only had met with the Republican members, which was obvious. So the Democratic members only had seven minutes to ask all their questions.

He wouldn't clearly answer that they wouldn't be used. So I can only assume the Army will be at the border. If protests arise, they may be called to quell dissent. What Trusk tells him to do, it will be done. Posse Comitatus forget-about-it.
