Fallout from Dobbs seen as equal protection dominoes appear to fall in anti-trans Supreme Court case - Alex Wagner - MSNBC



The lawyer defending Tennessee's anti-trans law, and conservatives on the Supreme Court engaged in a "blizzard of wordplay" to pretend that the law pertaining to gender-affirming care is not sex-based discrimination, an extension of the reasoning Supreme Court conservatives used in deciding the Dobbs case about abortion.
