Trump's cabinet is his cast of characters, but the writer and director are the malevolent movers...and those in the shadows whom we do not see.
Reminds me of a play, all the action is really off stage. Terrifying times.

We see the characters on the stage, but the writers and directors are behind the scenes determining every step and movement of the characters. Trump himself is a lead character, not the director.
