"Send Help", Sam Raimi's newest was pretty good.

A few new twists to the standard stranded on a deserted island scenario. Rachel MacAdams gave it her all, but the last act was problematic for me. There was a character reveal which impacted my appreciation of what came before. It’s suspenseful, gory and a bit ridiculous in its unfolding, but never boring.
