Pet peeve of mine in movies.......cars of interest are driving on a highway IN LOS ANGELES at 5:14am.....and

THERE ARE NO OTHER CARS ON THE FREEWAYS!!!!!!! seriously?? Los Angeles?? Ok, a pet peeve. Gonna watch this movie anyway. Den of Thieves. Tomatoes 41 - 42%, popcornmeter 63%.

1. The good guys can always find a parking spot when they're after a bad guy.

2. The good guys always have their car keys ready (never having to fumble in a pocket or bag) and can jump right into their car without having to unlock it.

3. If a woman is running away from danger she will always fall down.

4. When people are finishing a conversation there are never any closing words; one of the speakers just walks away.

5. When there is a foot chase in a city someone always knocks over a fruit stand.

Mind you, it hasn't actually hit the ground or anything else yet. Apparently, as soon as all 4 wheels leave the ground, the car has an unscheduled rapid disassembly.

I always wonder if anybody's told Detroit about this.
