Religious Holidays 2015: Interfaith Calendar For Major World Religions

A list of key dates for nine of the world's major religions, including Judaism, Christianity, Islam and Buddhism. Flickr

Christmas is always on Dec. 25, but most religious observances -- regardless of which faith they relate to -- depend on the lunar calendar and shift each year. As 2015 approaches, followers of different faiths will be marking their calendars with their respective holy days.

Below is a list of religious holidays for nine of the world’s major religions. Please note: Jewish, Baha’i and Islamic holidays begin at sunset the previous day.
