Could the rules for LBN thread starting mention "no live update pages"?

They've had a note that election results must come from AP for some time now, but it's far more common for an LBN thread to be locked because it links to a general "live updates" URL that goes out of date.

It might be worth noting that individual entries on a live update page may be directly linkable (does this pass the LBN test?), depending on the provider, eg the BBC and The Guardian each have "share" buttons that copy a URL going directly to the entry, and still works days later (as an example, what I used in https://www.democraticunderground.com/100221182066 )
