This isn't a bug, just a very annoying feature for those of us who use smilies.

After inserting a smilie, when you click the "hide smilies" button, you get dropped somewhere at the bottom of the page. You're not in a textbox, you're just sort of floating on the page, & you have to navigate back to the textbox.

The cursor should be put back after the smilie if the user inserted one, or where it was before, if the user changed their mind & didn’t insert one. It’s really annoying if you use smilies a lot.

on edit: I'm on Windows 11 & use Opera & Chrome & it's the same in both.
