Only happens on my phone but I’m logged in to DU and YouTube and still get it.

It sends you to the source. Usually. Sometimes it starts with commercial so I go back and repeat..

2. That's a thing YouTube started doing and I run into it on DU and several other places.

Some days it works without a problem and some days I get the error message you described. And I'm almost always logged in to YouTube, too.
