Are you going to consider making DU a private forum if Trump tries to shut us down?

And by a private forum, I mean only registered users would be able to read DU, not just post in it. I'm proposing this option as a protection against petty overreach by a vengeful Trump.

that:

1) Making DU private will make it almost disappear from search engines.

2) A private message board is much less likely to attract new members, even if they hear about it somewhere.

3) Ad revenue will go way down.

4) The government will still be aware of everything posted here, unless EarlG could somehow know whether an account is used by someone working for the government.
