It took me several months to figure out that I could go into my profile settings in my account and edit the "willing to serve on juries" part. Then I started getting called to jury duty again.

Click "My Account" link in upper right corner of a page.
Then scroll down to "Willingness to serve on juries" and change to "Willing".
