Interactive map for women in history
Download the "Women on the Map" app that buzzes http://www.oregonlive.com/living/index.ssf/2015/07/new_app_notifies_you_when_your.html when you approach a site where a woman made history.
The app currently has biographies on only 100 women, but the creators urge people to send in http://www.sparksummit.com/onthemap/ nominations for other important women from history who can be added to the app's database.
The app is free through the Field Trip https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/field-trip/id567841460?ls=1&mt=8 app that can easily be downloaded from iTunes!
