Is that Israel and Russia were behind the hacking. And the sanctions that will be announced next week, will be against both.

Bibi has been exceptionally vicious of late, hasn't he? If I had to use a word, I would say "desperate." Like, when an animal is cornered and starts lashing out.

I think your theory has merit. Bibi also omitted Russia from his list of nations that are persona non grata to Israel. Why?
