I love Asian noodles!!! All kinds of them.

Years ago, in SF, I overheard a Chinese gentleman say "Vancouver" (where I lived) and asked if they were from there. He said "No" He had been talking about a particular kind of noodle that could only be eaten at a particular restaurant there. "Hon's Won Ton House?" I asked, and he was very surprised. I used to eat there when I could, so I knew it pretty well.

All these long years later, I'm still wishing I'd found out which noodle he was speaking of.
