anyone familiar with St Joseph's Indian School in Chamberlain?

I want to help, but I don't like to be suckered & waste money that can help a legit org. Charity Navigator & Charity Watch haven't rated it.

I received a package in the mail, cards, dream catchers (which some said were made in China). Don't like to see charities spend money on crap, but it gets your attention.

We were donators. Then about 3 years ago we Googled them. We no longer give a penny. It's your choice.

Kick in to the DU tip jar?

This week we're running a special pop-up mini fund drive. From Monday through Friday we're going ad-free for all registered members, and we're asking you to kick in to the DU tip jar to support the site and keep us financially healthy.

As a bonus, making a contribution will allow you to leave kudos for another DU member, and at the end of the week we'll recognize the DUers who you think make this community great.

Tell me more...
