in my dreams. We lived on boats for twenty years so we did that many times. I giggle every time I wake up; nice to know we are still doing stuff together. And don’t worry, she’ll be back for the sides.

She was standing in a doorway, leaning up against the frame. She was smiling and looked completely healthy. I even recognized the clothes she was wearing.

It was just a flash of a dream but it gave me so much comfort.

I want to say my mother is still alive, but has dementia and when she speaks it’s unintelligible. I had a dream in recent weeks she was at her house and called me and I was able to understand her. It made me happy and sad. It was just a very short dream.
