I'm quite impressed with his growth path. He was getting donations through the web site but it got to be a big thing so he started the nonprofit to deal with it and it grew into the Y'all Squad coming to life. They all seem pretty young, most of them. He also seems to be a job creator in the process.

A while back when someone else, can't recall who, was posting his feed here. Then I noticed he was going online more and doing forecasts once in a while so I started posting them. Since I am a daily weather watcher, it's no big thing to post something I was looking at anyway.
