I had an outside job in central Pa. One year the whole month of February never got above zero for a high.
No one got sick.

temperatures today are expected to reach a high of 33 F,
But with forecast highs this weekend in the single digits, lows below zero, and windchills of minus 10 to 20 below it is but a brief pause in this brutal winter.
