I jokingly told my daughter, when I learned that Lent's approaching this week, that 'I'm not giving anything up,' and my daughter just wrote back:
'Brendan and I put our own twist on Lent…instead of giving something up we like to commit to something positive…whatever that may be. Exercise, prayer, wine 🤣 but we pick something positive that can benefit us and those around us!'
