. . . the fields, creek, and river behind, beside and in front of my home in Virginia where the Potomac River joins the Chesapeake Bay.
We also have a dozen Tundra Swans who regularly show up here in Nov/Dec and stay until early March.

I haven't seen swans here for a few years. They usually appear 'NOW,' so will keep watching.

I can't really tell.
Nice to see the geese. So many of them never migrate anymore, preferring to winter in the north. When I was a kid there were so many each spring they'd block out the sun.
You think they know something about the climate changing? Nah, they're just stupid birds, right? Humans would certainly act on climate change if it were true, being so intelligent and all. 😏
