I am not only a firearms owner, I am a NRA instructor and I teach basic to advance firearms use. And right now my range is CLOSED, there is 2" of sleet on the ground and it is too damn cold.

when your hand is frozen to the pistol. Qualified on a COOOLLLDD day in Jan. when I was in training for correctional officer. 4" snow on ground, don't know temperature, but you didn't want to keep your hand on the metal part of the revolver very long, or you might leave some skin on it. Still shot perfect score, but it was rough.
