Another positive Carys update

She's sitting at the kitchen window, looking outside! She hasn't done that in months, at least that I've seen. She transitioned from under the bed in the guest room to under the kitchen table and eventually to the open kitchen space and food bowls but always stayed on the floor.

It's a rare sunny day so I take this behavior as a very positive thing. She's also very focal about her desire for some shredded chicken.

On a remarkably shitty day.

Any and all bright spots are MOST welcome. Even the little ones.

2. Good girl, Carys. Tiger went downstairs about five this morning. I haven't seen him since.

I hope he shows up soon. I’m keeping it warm and his little house. He was up here at least 48 hours before he went downstairs.

4. It's -13 here. Both Samson and Nora are in their heated kittie beds. Shameless spoiling, I know. Can't help myself.

I can almost see her developing into your most devoted lap baby.

I'm watching TV in bed right now, and Willow is in the other room, sulking, because I told her she'd had enough treats for one day. (She's had plenty, believe me!)

It's okay...she'll come back in here and sneak into bed with me soon enough. She always does. 😸
