(19,321 posts)It's amazing to me how pitiful, neglected, and downtrodden the most well-fed, even spoiled rotten dog or cat can appear to be in the presence of food that's being consumed by their human!
Milo, Angus, and Kirby are obviously turning in Oscar worthy performances here. Even my cat Willow, who has the whole "poor, pathetic little me" face down pat, could take lessons from these boys!

(2,664 posts)Angus and Kirby get premium kibble with some baked chicken and occasionally boiled chicken livers with the kibble. And of course the best, most healthy treats available. Because of some stomach issues, Milo gets 100% homemade food filled with the recommended dog-ingredients there are (which takes a bit of time to put together). But oh boy, whatever Mom is having will be so delicious, they put on their best starving dogs faces! And many times they do get some of it when I am finished... if it's ok for them to have. They are so sweet.
