Related: About this forumLittle Dewi came scampering up to me, this morning. I grabbed a towel to dry him off. (pic)
We did get quite a bit of rain, last night. Well, at about 3am. Except for Gryff and Sian the thunder and lightning sent the kidcats scrambling. My panthers felt safe with me.
I am right about where Tabby moved the kittens. I haven't heard the dog barking so I'm going to take a stroll and see if he is still there.
Dylan hasn't stopped by, yet, but I've seen him, along with his sibling.
The mosquitoes are AWFUL and RAVENOUS this morning so I won't be spending much time outside. Unless, of course, the kittens ask me to.

(27,415 posts)That, or something must have clicked with him the first time I picked him up
He was still so tiny and his eyes were so gooey. I was careful and gentle, spoke really soft and gave him scritches. The second time I did the same. Then about a week later he saw me and didn't run but slowly walked closer and sat down. Picking him up was a breeze and ever since he has raced towards me when I walk out the door. He is also VERY talkative. We have some lovely conversations.

(27,415 posts)I brought him to the enclosed back porch until it dries up a bit. Kittens need their rest and they rest best when they are safe and dry.
Sweet dreams, Dewi.
Dewi love him? Yes we dew!
