I don't think I've ever seen a totally beige/white frog before.

Finding these little wonders does motivate me to search for more. It slows me down, but that's OK.

Very motivating. It interrupts the drudgery of deadheading and cleaning the garden!

Sign of a healthy ecosystem.

Wonderful critters. They can change color and texture to match their background. They can withstand dryness better than most frogs, sometimes sleeping in direct sunlight. They sleep during the day and are active at night. Their suction cup feet can grip smooth horizontal surfaces, like windows. I had one that would show up on our porch every night and eat out of my hand.

I had to Google some pics to see for myself, and the variety of coloration in these little guys is really something.

I love learning new things, so stuff like this makes my day!

Does the white skin indicate that it is not a sun-lover?

of those type frogs on my back deck yesterday. One hung out on a chair on my deck all day and was still there when the sun was setting.
