(99,392 posts)About the second week of April. In fact, I saw some last weekend when I was in Columbus. Way early, plus we have little to no snow pack on the mountains. The ridges and peaks have been exposed most of the winter. Runoff will be weeks early and unless it rains a LOT from now on, we'll be on fire most of the summer.

(99,392 posts)Many of our March-April flowers are making an appearance in February, a little upsetting since it's long before the equinox.
