Breakfast Monday 8 June 2026

Later this morning I'm planning on making a soft boiled egg, sourdough toast and cold brew coffee to drink.

I have some in the freezer, so I may just go for it.
What's good enough for the seafaring is good enough for me. So, haddock and grits here I come.

and put a little of the banana chutney I just made on the egg. Not bad. Different.
