Breakfast Monday 13 April 2026

Later this morning I'm planning on mixing cottage cheese, tomato, avocado & jalapeños for breakfast along with a pot of hot tea

21 seed toast with olive oil butter.

at 9 pm. I woke up thinking I was getting over it. Now that I been awake for awhile, I'm not so sure. I have a pile of used Kleenex tissue next to my recliner.

Back to plant-based:
A chapathi (40 g), carrots and beetroot (60 g), black eye peas (45 g), pineapple (100 g).
I have started weighing my food again.

While I eschew that creepy guy Bryan Johnson’s lunacy, every now and then when I get back on the health and work bandwagon I start counting my calories by entering them into a spreadsheet.
